9th Day of Christmas Recipe

Christmas Popcorn made in the
Alto-Shaam Vector


3 Bags Microwave popcorn, not popped
½ C White Cake mix powder
16 oz. White Chocolate, melted
½ C Christmas Sprinkles
1 Cup Holiday M&M candies


Step 1

Preheat the Alto-Shaam Vector Oven to 425 degrees at 100% fan speed.

Step 2

In a full-size hotel pan, empty the contents of the popcorn bags into the pan, then tightly cover with foil. Cook in Alto-Shaam Vector for 5 ½ minutes.

Step 3

While popcorn is cooking use a double boiler method to melt the white chocolate.

Step 4

Place the hot popcorn, M&Ms, and cake mix powder into a large bowl and toss to coat the popcorn.

Step 5

Next, spread the popcorn and candies onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with half of the melted chocolate and toss with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle half of the sprinkles. Then drizzle the remaining melted white chocolate and sprinkles.

Step 6

Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy!
