3rd Day of Christmas Recipe

Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers using the
Alto-Shaam Vector Oven

INGREDIENTS

1 Bag mini Sweet Peppers
4 slices, Bacon, diced
1 block Cream Cheese, softened
1 TBSP Garlic, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese, grated
chives for garnishing

Step 1

Slice peppers in half lengthwise, and then using a spoon scoop out the seeds. Place face up on a cookie sheet.

Step 2

Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, bacon, garlic, and worcestershire sauce together.

Step 3

Spoon cheese mixture into peppers.

Place pan into the Alto-Shaam Vector at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes at 50% Fan Speed or until golden brown. Once finished, top with chives.
