Program Rules
- Participants must register to participate at https://ignitefoodservice.com/rewards/
- Upon Registering, member will receive confirmation email.
- Points can be earned by submitting qualifying sales, leads, trade show participation, or training sessions through the Ignite Pro Points Portal.
- Any Ignite Pro Point submission should be based upon activities and/or orders starting after February 1st or later.
- All Equipment submissions must be dealer generated New Business quoted March 1st or later and cannot be combined with a stocking order.
- For equipment submissions, up to five equipment options (including options for multiple quantities) can be entered on the same PO upload. If more than 5 pieces of equipment are on the same PO, then PO can be uploaded again to support additional submissions.
- All submissions are at the discretion of Ignite Management before points are rewarded.
- Prizes/Gifts must be claimed within 6 weeks after receiving the “Snappy” email.
- Dealer may be asked to provide tax information if gifting exceeds the allowed amount by IRS.
- Not all Ignite factories are available in all states. Only those factories in your state qualify for Advantage Rewards Program.

What is Ignite Pro Points?
Ignite Pro Points is a rewards program designed to recognize and reward our dealer partners. You can earn points by selling Ignite-approved equipment, generating leads, and participating in Ignite-exclusive events, which can be redeemed for exciting rewards like gift cards, experiences, and more.
How do I register for Ignite Pro Points?
You can register by completing the registration form above. Once registered, you’ll receive a password to access the Perks Portal and start earning points.
How do I earn points?
Points can be earned in the following ways:
- Sales: Selling Ignite-approved equipment or hitting specific sales goals.
- Leads: Submitting qualified leads for new accounts or projects.
- Events: Attending Ignite-sponsored events or bringing clients to Ignite for tours or training sessions.
What are the rewards?
Reward options are endless! Rewards include gift cards, exclusive experiences, and other exciting prizes. Points can be redeemed at the end of each program semester.
What are the program semesters?
The program is divided into three semesters:
- Semester 1: February 1 – April 30
- Semester 2: May 1 – July 31
- Semester 3: August 1 – October 31
How do I submit documentation to earn points?
Visit the Perks Portal and enter the password provided during registration. Upload documentation for eligible sales, leads, or event activities to earn points.
What documentation is required to earn points?
Depending on the activity, you may need to submit proof of sales, lead details, event attendance, or other supporting documentation such as purchase orders, design layouts, or client confirmations.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you lose your password, please contact Ignite Foodservice at email support@ignitefoodservice.com for assistance.
When can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed at the end of each semester. Qualifying participants will receive an email with instructions to select their rewards.
