Territory Manager – Arizona
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Role Description:
Ignite Foodservice Solutions is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Arizona team. This is a full-time position based out of our Phoenix Test Kitchen. The Territory Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales throughout the assigned territory, developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for customers across the foodservice industry.
Primary customers include K–12 and higher education, healthcare, hospitality, restaurant chains, foodservice equipment dealerships, and foodservice designers and consultants. This position will also conduct product presentations and training sessions and participate in customer events, demonstrations, and other activities hosted at the Ignite Phoenix Test Kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 5+ years of sales and sales management experience
- Strong presentation, training, and demonstration skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel throughout Arizona for sales calls
- Salesforce/CRM experience required
- Foodservice equipment sales experience required
- Previous foodservice dealership, K–12 nutrition, foodservice factory, or factory representation experience preferred
