About David Wall, Corporate Chef & Territory Manager – Oregon & Washington
Chef David Wall is excited to join Ignite Foodservice in his dual role of Corporate Chef and Territory Manager. He has been in the industry focused on research and development for over a decade, having studied at the University of North Texas, UT at Austin, and the Culinary Institute of America. Chef David is a culinary product developer, having worked as a research and development chef since 2009, for Monterey Gourmet Foods, DCI Specialized Foods (now, Saputo USA), Valley Fine Foods, New Seasons Market, and Schnuck Markets before landing at Ignite Foodservice.
Chef David is skilled in product development and the manufacturing retail foodservice space. Chef David possesses a background spanning culinary operations, sales, marketing and manufacturing. He specializes in consumer-packaged goods for the retail, club, and foodservice channels. This vast and unique background gives him a special advantage in understanding our clients’ needs. If you need him on the weekend, find him on the golf course on the Oregon coast or exploring the many wineries in the Oregon countryside.
