License and Grant of Rights By participating in the Podcast, you grant to the Podcast Host and their associated entities a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable right and license to use, edit, publish, distribute, promote, display, reproduce, and create derivative works from the Recording and any content you provide—either in full or in part—for any purpose, including but not limited to Podcast episodes, marketing materials, social media content, advertising, press releases, educational products, and future media projects. This includes the right to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information as captured in the Recording, as well as any materials you provide, in connection with the Podcast and related promotional efforts. No Expectation of Compensation You understand and agree that you will receive no financial compensation for your participation in the Podcast or for the Podcast Host’s use of the Recording and related content. This release covers all uses, including commercial and promotional, whether now known or developed in the future. Truthfulness and Permissions You agree that the information and opinions you share are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the authority to discuss the Subject Matter. You confirm that your participation does not conflict with any existing legal or contractual obligations. Waiver and Release You hereby release the Podcast Host, their team, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of your Recording and participation in the Podcast, including any claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights or publicity. Agreement By entering your name below and submitting this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this License and Release Agreement. Pre-Recording Checklist

  • Position your camera at eye level.
  • Have your primary light source in front of you.
  • Use wired headphones or ensure Bluetooth ones are fully charged.
  • Place the mic 2–4 inches from your mouth, slightly off-center.
  • Enable echo cancellation in your audio settings if available.
  • Silence notifications and close unnecessary apps.
  • Plug in your computer or phone during recording.
