Program Rules
- Dealer Participants must register to participate at https://ignitefoodservice.com/propoints
- Upon registering, participants will receive an invitation email from Motivosity. Check spam folder!
- Points can be earned by submitting qualifying sales, leads, or by attending Ignite events. All activity and ProPoint submissions must be dated between March 1-November 30th, 2026.
- All equipment submissions must be dealer generated new business quoted between March 1st – November 30th, 2026, and cannot be combined with a stocking order.
- All submission approvals are at the discretion of Ignite management before points are rewarded. Submissions must include the required documentation outlined in each reward item.
- Rewards must be claimed on propoints.motivosity.com by December 31, 2026.
- Participant may be asked to provide tax information if gifting exceeds the allowed amount by IRS.
- Not all Ignite factories are available in all states. Only those factories in your state qualify for Ignite ProPoints Rewards.

What is Ignite ProPoints?
Ignite ProPoints is a rewards program designed to recognize and reward our dealer partners. You can earn points by selling Ignite-approved equipment, generating leads, and participating in Ignite-exclusive events, which can be redeemed for exciting rewards like gift cards, experiences, and more!
How do I register for Ignite ProPoints?
You can register by completing the registration form above. Once registered, you’ll receive an invitation to access the ProPoints Motivosity portal at https://propoints.motivosity.com, log in, set up your password, and start earning points.
How do I earn points?
Points can be earned in the following ways:
- Sales: Selling Ignite-approved equipment or hitting specific sales goals.
- Leads: Submitting qualified leads for new accounts or projects.
- Events: Attending Ignite-sponsored events or bringing clients to Ignite for tours or training sessions.
All activity must be dated within the current ProPoints session to be eligible.
What are the rewards?
Reward options are endless! Rewards include gift cards, exclusive experiences, and other exciting prizes. Points can be redeemed at any time once earned, but must be claimed by December 31, 2026.
What are the program session dates?
ProPoints 2026 will be active from March 1 through November 30, 2026.
How do I submit documentation to earn points?
Once registered, you can upload documentation for eligible sales, leads, or event activities via the ProPoints Motivosity portal at https://propoints.motivosity.com to earn points.
What documentation is required to earn points?
Depending on the activity, you may need to submit proof of sales, lead details, event attendance, or other supporting documentation such as purchase orders, design layouts, or client confirmations to earn points. These details can be found in the instructions for each reward activity/item.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you lose your password, please visit the Motivosity login page and click “Forgot Password” to reset it directly through their system.
When can I redeem my points?
Now you can redeem points as you earn them! Rewards must be claimed on propoints.motivosity.com by December 31, 2026.
