He has held leadership and consulting roles with organizations including the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Modern Market Eatery, Rational USA, and Work Options, building a track record of developing scalable food solutions, training culinary teams, and integrating equipment into real-world kitchen operations. Paul has spent years working directly with operators and industry partners to improve consistency, efficiency, and food quality.
He is also a respected educator and presenter, having led live cooking demonstrations, professional development workshops, and culinary training sessions for chefs, operators, and foodservice teams across the country. Paul’s approach has always been practical and collaborative: find what works, make it repeatable, and help teams execute with confidence.
