Ignite Foodservice is accelerating its growth across the Mountain States and Pacific Northwest with two major additions to its leadership and sales team. The company proudly welcomes Chris LaBella as Vice President of Sales and Wade Breaux as Territory Sales Manager for Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Both bring deep industry experience, strong operator perspectives, and a shared commitment to Ignite’s customer-first philosophy.
Chris LaBella Joins Ignite as Vice President of Sales
With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning foodservice, pharmaceutical, and medical manufacturing, Chris LaBella steps into the VP of Sales role with a clear vision: strengthen partnerships, elevate the sales organization, and continue positioning Ignite as the premier equipment solutions provider in the West.
Owner Carl Kisner said the decision to bring Chris on board was an easy one. “Chris is one of those rare leaders who brings both strategic horsepower and a genuine people-first mindset,” Kisner shared. “His experience on the manufacturing side gives him a unique understanding of what our partners need — and his ability to develop and inspire teams will be a huge advantage as Ignite continues scaling across the territory.”
Chris was equally drawn to Ignite’s culture and reputation. “What drew me to Ignite was the culture — it’s a smart, driven team that never loses sight of doing what’s right for the customer,” LaBella said. “I’ve spent much of my career on the manufacturing side, and I see incredible opportunity in how rep groups can create value when they operate with intention, transparency, and alignment. My goal is to build a sales organization that evolves with our industry, elevates our partners, and supports our team in doing their best work every day.”

Wade Breaux Appointed Territory Sales Manager for WA, ID & MT
Ignite also welcomes Wade Breaux, who brings a uniquely well-rounded background combining culinary operations, restaurant leadership, marketing strategy, and manufacturing sales. After leading marketing and culinary teams for major national restaurant groups — and even launching two award-winning restaurants of his own — Wade offers an operator-centric approach that resonates strongly with chefs, dealers, and consultants.
Kisner noted that Wade’s hands-on experience was a standout factor. “Wade brings the kind of real-world experience that’s impossible to teach — he’s cooked, he’s run restaurants, he’s led marketing teams, and he’s sold on the manufacturing side,” said Kisner. “Customers immediately love him because he understands their world. We’re thrilled to have him supporting the Pacific Northwest.”
For Wade, joining Ignite was an immediate fit. “When I visited Ignite for the first time, I immediately felt the difference — the team, the culture, the facilities, the way they support each other and their customers,” Breaux said. “Ignite has an incredible reputation in this industry, and I’m excited to bring my operator background and relationship-driven approach to the dealers, consultants, and end users in this territory.”
