Welcome two new Territory Managers to the PNW: Josh Heiserman & Jesse Condron.
Each brings a depth of knowledge in foodservice operations to Ignite, but differing sets of skills and market experience to PNW states of Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Josh started in the industry as a dishwasher and has been hooked ever since. From the dish room to about every position you could think of, he developed his skills and grew to manage full-service restaurants by age 21, spending most of his time managing the BOH operations. He has worked on new restaurant opening teams and worked side by side with corporate chefs on menu development and operational rollouts. As his family grew, responsibilities and priorities changed with the birth of his first daughter. He moved to the dealer/territory sales side of the industry. Working at Trimark Hockenbergs in Lincoln NE for 5 years prepared him for what was to come next. His family moved to the Seattle market in 2017. It was a natural choice to join a dealer in the PNW. He worked at the front counter, national accounts, and territory sales and still found himself in the dish room from time to time. Josh’s experience and knowledge of food service will be a powerful addition to the team.
Jesse Condron, Territory Manager:
With 8 years of experience in the Jan/San industry, working for both Waypoint and Affinity Group, Jesse brings a wealth of knowledge in the foodservice operations industry. His primary focus was on Healthcare, K-12, and Higher Ed, which will be Jesse’s market focus at Ignite Foodservice. Highly experienced in generating leads with end users to pass to distribution, Jesse strengthens the manufacturer dealer relationship. He is skilled in solution selling, relationship building, and conflict negotiation. His weekends are either spent with his two boys out throwing the football around, at the park or out with his riding buddies conquering new terrain on his mountain bike. “I wanted a change of scenery from the quickly changing Jan/San world and after discussions with Don and Carl at Ignite I was drawn in with their vision for the territory.
