Heating & Lighting Options
PMG food shields with Ultra-Slim linear light fixtures are UL listed with mark prominently displayed. Finish typically made to match the food guard; anodized aluminum (satin, polished, custom).
Premier strip heater fixtures are UL listed with mark prominently displayed. The control enclosure, which is mounted in a convenient location usually behind the counter, is a switch/control for the different elements in the warmer. Units are typically supplied in a stainless steel shroud and a UL/NSF/ANSI finish is generally made to match the food guard posts.
